  1. Paige – Holy Crap! I love your blog. I looked you up because you comment on my sister’s blog from time to time. I live on the other side of the country in Las Vegas. It’s weird living in the very urban when you have rural roots, but I love to live both sides. I love the art that you post, and especially the Alice quotes in ‘Things People Say’. Sometimes I feel like I am the only one in the world that would love to be having tea with the Hatter. I’m entranced with the madness of it all. I have a bit of an art background. I write stories and do the ding dong cartoons in my sister’s blog. The cartoons are actually the most ridiculous, non-impressive art I have ever done in my life. I feel like I am producing strong fifth grade art when I post those. Anyway, just wanted to tell you that I appreciate your glances into the real ‘big city’.

    • Thanks for this sweet comment! I agree with you, living in the city and having rural roots one appreciates both both urban and country living. That’s part of why I like your sister’s blog so much; often I read what she has written and just go “aaawwww, I miss that.” Do you have your own blog as well? I am glad that you enjoy my posts! 🙂

      • Paige – I don’t have my own blog. My sister does the blog and since my job is insane, it’s all I can do to get the farm stories done once a month. We kind of co-write for it…meaning she does mostly everything. Since we live so far apart, it’s kind of a fun way for us to be together.
